Before move in Thompson management should have completed the following:

1. A completed application received.
2. A scheduled time to go over the lease and each sub-paragraph and answer any questions, and exchange rent and other communications. www.Communication-Process.com
3. Scheduled Alert Carpet cleaning to clean carpet 24 hrs. before your move-in.
4. Keys given
