Storage

Patios and balconies should not be used for anything besides patio furniture, flower boxes and plants; they should not be used for storage under any circumstances. Click here motorcycles

The appearance of cluttered balconies and Patios is likely to offend property owners and management, but the visual sense of many prospects wanting to rent one of the properties we manage.

Some care should be taken with plants on balconies. They must be well anchored. Flower pots and flower boxes on railings can be blown off or shaken loose with disastrous results.

We do not allow any storage on fences as well. Fences are to be free of any attachments of any kind. It's the owners right to enforce this. So if you get offended by this policy, please get over it. There are reasons an owner of the fence wants it to be free of lawn chairs, boats, bikes, hanging plants, bird boxes, bird feeders, hangers of any kind, frames, lighting of any kind, flower pots and flower boxes, garden tools, and anything else that might be considered to be hung on a fence. Owners have spent, not hundreds of dollars but thousands of dollars to install fencing and they want to protect that investment. If you see any of this on either side of the fence, please notify management and we will follow through in taking care of the problem.

Patios can harbor junk, and out of control stuff. Please follow the lease by keeping patios clean and in order. The last thing we want to do is give a notice to comply or vacate.
