Soliciting

Ideally we prohibit commercial sales-people, to avoid disturbing our residents. 

What about our own tenants doing the soliciting? Our policy is to permit this if the tenant is acting in behalf of a recognized nonprofit organization. But, if our tenant is going door-to-door selling stuff or taking orders for a spouses small business, that is not allowed.
